HEALTH ACTION COALITION
The Integrated Behavioral Health Action Coalition (IBHAC) is made up of primary care, mental health, and substance use providers, as well as local hospitals, county agencies, health plans, mental health advocacy organizations, and individual community members. Together, IBHAC members plan to improve system-level integration of primary care and behavioral health services for all persons and to create a collaborative, integrative, and inclusive system of whole-person care in Santa Cruz County.

HIP also convenes a monthly IBHAC Workforce Sub-Meeting to discuss behavioral health and health social workers workforce. The meetings are facilitated by Jasmine Nájera, LCSW, Chief Executive Officer at the Pajaro Valley Prevention and Student Assistance (PVPSA).
